Meridian Park Arts is the perfect place to host your next private event. We have had hundreds of events over the last several years including Birthday Parties, Women's History Celebrations, Privately Booked Live Music Events, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Family Reunions, and SO MUCH MORE! Below is a list of all the wonderful things we offer as a part of our Private Event Rentals. Large Spacious Venue
Meridian Park Arts is perfect for large corporate, family, and/or community events. We have a MAX Capacity of 100 people in our space.

Tables and Chairs
MPA was started in 1988 and we have the beautiful, original hardwood tables that the owners late husband made by hand. There are 30 tables (4 seaters and 6 seaters) As well as 100 chairs.

Live Music
Since Meridian Park Arts is a Live Music Venue most of the time, we are honored to have an extensive and large list of professional performing musicians. If you would like to have live music at your event, please let your Event Manager know and we will happily set up the performance with your artist and/or genre of choice!

Full Service Stage
Our Raised MPA stage has industry professional sound equipment (including speakers, and PA system), Spot Lights, Colored Stage Lights, house instruments (such as Guitars, Bass, and Keyboards), and a Bluetooth enabled projector machine and screen.

Table Cloths & Chair Covers
Each event comes with your choice of black or white table cloths and chair covers.
If you are wanting specific colors for your event, please let the event manager know during your planning session and we can either pair you with a 3rd party event planner, or acquire the needed materials for you - for an additional fee.

Gourmet Catering Service
Meridian Park Arts has an incredibly talented chef we partner with! Chef Andre of Delectable Cuisine Catering! Chef Andre offers an affordable wide variety of menu and set up options for your event. Delectable Cuisine Catering was awarder in 2013, 2014, & 2019 with the "Best of Indianapolis Catered Food" Award!
If you are interested in using Delectable Cuisine Catering for your event - please let your event manager know prior to your planning session so Chef Andre or someone on his team can be there!
